The robust K-DWR treated Primeflex softshell resists wind and light rain or snow-yet offers more breathability than waterproof hard shells for better core temperature management. While slightly heavier than hard-shell rain gear, soft shells are quieter, more durable, and remain comfortable in a wider range of conditions. The Guide All-Season Jacket features an athletic cut, allowing enough room underneath for base and insulation pieces, while a rain jacket in the same size will also fit over the top when needed.
