This is a used bike. It has a few scuffs and scratches on the frame. The bottom of the frame had a protective layer put over the top of the original frame. There is some wear on that layer that is causing it to peel away. This does not affect the frame itself. There is wear on the drivetrain and tires from normal use. (see pictures for more details)
